  2. Do not drink this tea when it is too hot, as it can damage your lips, tongue, or stomach. Wait eight to ten minutes before consuming it for the best results.
  3. Since this tea is a ‘detox,’ many people think it should be consumed on an empty stomach in the morning. However, it is better to eat something light first to start the body’s metabolism before drinking this tea. Otherwise, acidity may be an issue. It is best to consume this tea between meals.
  4. Many people drink this tea with honey because sugar is unhealthy, often referred to as “Silent White Poison.” However, mixing honey into hot green tea reduces its effectiveness. So, add honey only after the tea has cooled slightly.
  5. Do not take medication with this tea. Various medicinal ingredients can mix with it to form complex compounds, which may reduce the effectiveness of the medication.
  6. This tea is healthy, but that doesn’t mean you can drink as much as you want. it contains caffeine, similar to tea or coffee.
